A.I. Images

After playing around with the ‘Image Creator’ on bing.com and being amazed how well the A.I. created images from the input text. I thought why not use these for the images on my website. I don’t have to find images from somewhere else that are free to use or try and create myself (not really going to be any good).

Most pages featured image is created from the page title. ‘a.i. images’ was the text used to create the featured image for this page and fits quite well. Not all images fit well with the page, but then not all titles fit well with the page or are very descriptive. You can input the same text again for different results. The A.I. does ‘think’ the same so the results will be similar than the time before but as they are created rather than a search don’t expect exactly the same results.

Image Creator uses an A.I. system that makes an image from text input. Usually a set of 4 images are created, I can then select the one I like best to use. The input text can be as descriptive or as simple as wanted. The A.I. doesn’t always get it right. I have found colours have sometimes been mixed up. See the example below.

Input text: ‘daffodils in a blue vase sitting on a pink car’

The third images has the colours reversed. The A.I. is not perfect, but then maybe my descriptions need to be more precise.

I tried putting a comma after vase to see if this helped. And again changing the comma to a full-stop. Both occasions the result of the third picture was a blue car and a pink vase. The images and type of vase were different on each image but the colourings the same. I’m guessing this has something to do with the different ways the text is interpreted for each image.

This was all for a bit of fun. One result out of four not quite being what I asked for isn’t bad. And as the DALL-E system gets better so will the results.
